Duties And Responsibilities: 

• Ability to understand and execute work from both written and oral instructions
• Blend foam concentrates using automated batch sequencing
• Operate a forklift
• Prepares containers for filling
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds
• Meets weekly with manufacturing and technical services to confirm production and delivery schedules
• Reports to Production Manager
• Other duties as required

• Great communication skills
• Gain comprehensive knowledge on Solberg’s products and services
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude with strong math skills
• Self-motivating, able to work unsupervised 

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree from an accredited institution
• Two to five years or more of relevant experience in an industrial environment
